2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform, you legally agree to comply with all provisions of this agreement.
If you do not agree to any of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

3. Use of Services

The user undertakes to comply with the following:

• Provide accurate, correct, and non-misleading information.

• Not use the platform for any purposes that violate applicable laws or regulations.

• Not create fraudulent, false, or misleading campaigns, or campaigns that contradict the stated purpose.

• Not collect or use users’ data in unlawful ways.

• The platform reserves the right, without prior notice, to suspend or terminate the account of any user found to be in violation of these Terms.

4. Campaigns and Fundraising

The Campaign Owner commits to the following:

• Providing accurate and complete information about the campaign and the purpose of fundraising.

• Using the collected funds solely for the purposes stated in the campaign description.

• Updating campaign information and providing the platform with any requested information or documents.

The platform hereby clarifies that it is not responsible for the accuracy of the content displayed in campaigns, the actions of campaign owners, or their compliance with the proper use of collected funds.

5. Donations

Donations may be subject to processing fees applied by third-party service providers.
The donor agrees to the use of their data by payment service providers to complete the transaction.
Donations are non-refundable unless the platform explicitly states otherwise.

6. Financial Transactions

The platform may engage third-party providers to process payments, who shall be responsible for:

• Protecting and encrypting financial data.

• Executing transactions in accordance with the highest security standards.

• Taking necessary measures to detect and prevent fraud.

The platform shall not be held liable for any malfunctions or errors resulting from payment service providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All texts, logos, designs, user interfaces, databases, and content displayed on the platform are the exclusive property of the platform.
Any use, reproduction, transfer, or modification thereof is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

9. Termination of Service

• Restrict or deny access to services.

This may occur in cases of misuse, legal violations, or technical breaches.

10. Governing Law

Local courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from the application or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
